SHOP & ESTABLISHMENT REGISTRATION / LABOUR LICENSE

Shop & Establishment:

Establishment covered under the Act must apply for registration, within 30 days from the date of commencement of establishment, in prescribed form along with prescribed fees. Shop and Establishment Act is governed by labour department of the state and generally registration application is to be submitted to local district labour officer.

Documents Required for Registration:

  • OWNER'S PAN CARD
  • Owner's Aadhaar card
  • Owner's photo
  • Office Electricity bill
  • Rental agreement
  • Business Name Board in Telugu

LABOUR CONTRACT REGISTRATION:

Every establishment which proposes to employ contract workers for its work is required to obtain a certificate of registration from the appropriate Government.

  • Form V
  • Pan Card
  • Adhar Card
  • Electricity Bill

Note: Security Deposit per person Rs. 500/- is required and the same will be refunded once the agreement gets cancelled.
