The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 from the last due date 15 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, providing companies with additional time to regularize pending statutory compliances and strengthen corporate governance.

This extension offers significant relief to companies that have yet to complete their ROC filings or rectify compliance defaults. It is an opportunity to become compliant before stricter enforcement measures are initiated.
